AT A GLANCE
A manufacturer may sell several very different cooling systems. The name on a rooftop unit, a precision room unit or an enclosure cooler is a useful starting point, but the model determines the service details. Browse the groups below for commercial HVAC manufacturers and critical cooling manufacturers. For HVAC model identification, a photo of an accessible nameplate can help.
| Building systems | Commercial and industrial HVAC |
|---|---|
| Critical systems | Room, row, rack and enclosure cooling |
| Work | Repair, maintenance, installation and replacement |
| Model review | Exact equipment and requested task confirmed for each job |

View pageA name on the cabinet helps identify the equipment, but it does not describe the whole system. The same manufacturer may supply different product families with different controls and connections. An indoor unit, outdoor unit and controller may each have a label.
If those labels are already easy to reach, a clear photograph can help the service discussion. Otherwise, describe what the equipment serves and what changed. There is no need to remove a cover or climb to identify a model before contacting us.
For a fault, start with the brand page and describe the symptom. For installation or replacement, also explain the intended result: restoring an existing system, adding capacity or serving a new room. For maintenance, identify which units belong in the proposed scope.
A brand listing is not a promise of parts availability, manufacturer authorization or warranty coverage for every product. Those details depend on the equipment and the requested work. If a name is not listed, use the relevant HVAC or critical-cooling service page to ask about it.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Share both names if you have them, along with which space the system serves. Avoid ordering a part from the controller name alone. The installed equipment and its connections need to be identified before a repair or replacement component is selected.
